Dear Ms Roberts,
I am writing to give some feedback about the "Effective Communication" training course I attended on 12 May, which was organised by the company.
While I appreciated the opportunity to take part, I have to say that the course did not meet my expectations. The content was very general and covered material most of us already knew, and there was little opportunity for practical exercises or discussion. In addition, the session was extremely short for the amount of material promised, so several important topics were rushed.
I believe future courses could be improved in a few simple ways. It would help to assess participants' existing knowledge beforehand so the content can be pitched at the right level. More interactive activities and real workplace scenarios would also make the learning far more useful.
I hope this feedback is taken in the constructive spirit in which it is intended, as I genuinely value the training the company provides.
Yours sincerely, [Your name]
