Dear Sara,

I'm so excited that you're finally coming to stay for two whole weeks — I can hardly wait to see you!

A quick word about the weather so you can pack sensibly. You'll be arriving in early spring, so the days are mild but the evenings can still be chilly. I'd suggest bringing a light jacket and an umbrella, as we do get the occasional shower at this time of year.

As for what we'll do, I've got plenty planned! We can spend a day exploring the old town and its markets, take a trip to the coast if the weather is kind, and I'd love to show you my favourite little restaurants in the evenings.

Don't worry about the practical side of things — I've already sorted everything out. You'll have your own room at my place, and I'll pick you up from the airport myself, so just send me your flight details.

See you very soon!

Lots of love, [Your name]
