Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to enquire about the evening classes offered at Northgate College, as I am keen to improve my skills.
I currently work full-time in an office and would like to study graphic design, both as a creative interest and to help me move into a design role in the future. As I can only attend after work, I am particularly interested in classes held on weekday evenings or at weekends.
Could you please send me details of the graphic design courses you offer, including the days and times they run and how long each course lasts? I would also like to know whether the classes are suitable for complete beginners.
Finally, I would be grateful if you could let me know the total cost of the course, whether the fees can be paid in instalments, and what the procedure is for enrolling.
Thank you for your help. I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully, [Your name]
